The villa is 2 blocks from the beach, in between mayan ancient ruins and the stunning Caribbean beach, located in the gated community of Playacar 1, the most exclusive and safe neighborhood in Playa where flowering gardens are shared with ancient Mayan temples in which the indigenous made their rituals before crossing to Cozumel island.
The villa has 6 rooms. Cuija, Koati, Tizoc, Pilon, Palomar and a TV room (converted into a bedroom upon request), all with a hammock, king bed and AC.

 

Big stone house with the elegant atmosphere of the bygone years of last century, before the WW2 ,with a mediterranean style and high ceilings, the fresh breeze of the carribean sea lives within it.
The common areas are the main living room to read a book or send some emails, the dining area where Lupe can prepare breakfast or bring a chef for lunch and dinner, two terraces to enjoy the sun with coffee, the ping pong area, an outside bar to listen to some music with a nice cold beer, the study room to watch a movie or do some serious work, it also can be converted to a bedroom with a prior request for larger groups, and finally a Solarium terrace o get a tan or watch the sunset as the day ends. We are the highest house in Playacar, so we have the best view!

 

The villa provides their guests with beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas and towels for a wonderfull day at the beach. Air conditioning & ceiling fan, small desk, refrigerator, safe, coffee maker, hair dryers and all bathroom supplies in each room.
